Konan Nguessan is the Founder of Nguaya. A U.S. Army Veteran, he combines discipline and leadership with expertise in operations, business development, and project delivery. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Cognitive & Computer Science and a Master’s in International Relations and Business from American University. Through Nguaya, Konan empowers businesses and organizations across Africa to deliver projects successfully and drive sustainable growth.
Koffi Nguessan - Executive Advisor
Dr. Koffi N’guessan is a Professor of Gynecology turned entrepreneur. He founded and managed a successful private medical clinic before expanding into real estate and meat production investment.
Serving as both Executive Advisor and on‑the‑ground operations leader for Nguaya, he brings deep local market knowledge, a trusted network, and hands‑on management expertise to ensure smooth execution and strategic growth across the region.
