This project marks Nguaya's first step into urban residential development. Located near Hôpital Mère-Enfant in Bingerville, it reflects our ambition to introduce a more modern approach to urban living in Côte d'Ivoire. By partnering with local stakeholders and global investors, we aim to create thoughtfully designed homes that make better use of space, strengthen communities, and support Abidjan's continued growth.
